Pastor of Assimilation, Equipping & Missional Community
This is a full-time paid staff position with responsibilities for (1) developing and maintaining all processes and systems for assimilation; (2) equipping and scheduling volunteers in ministry; and (3) recruiting, training, and supporting missional community and Sunday School leaders.
At least 7 years of church staff experience required in same or related areas of responsibility.
Director of Redemption Groups & Biblical Counseling
This is a full-time or part-time unpaid staff position with responsibilities for (1) training in the redemption group process, (2) starting and supporting Redemption groups, and (3) leading the biblical counseling program.
At least 2 years of related experience required.

Nursery & Preschool Care Overseers
These are part-time paid positions with responsibilities for (1) overseeing the set-up and break-down of portable a nursery and a preschool area inside of a movie theater; (2) on-the-job training of volunteer caregivers; (3) infant caregiving and preschool teaching support; and (4) responsibility for emergency protocol and parent notification. We perform background check and childcare emergency training, but prior experience is required.
Audio, Video, & Lights Director
This is a part-time paid staff position with responsibilities for (1) improvements, oversight, and training of soundboard volunteers; (2) editing and posting of podcasts; (3) improvements, oversight, and training on visual equipment and pro presenter software; and (4) improvements, oversight, and training on lighting. This position is also responsible for all equipment set-up and break-down in a movie theater.
Media & Video Ministry Intern
This is a part-time paid position with responsibilities for (1) video recording of Sunday services; (2) editing and posting of video to church vimeo channel; and (3) video recording and editing of congregational testimonies.
