We are a non-denominational church, intentionally label-less in
our name and non-judgmental in our attitude. Our beliefs come from the
Bible only, and our practices are a blend of early Christian tradition
and local culture. We are for Jesus, and we are for people…
and it is our joy to connect the two.
Every Sunday we meet for worship inside the Palladium IMAX at The RIM in Northwest San Antonio. We use many different theaters for worship services and programs.
Our worship is led by three different rock-style bands offering a blend of contemporary Christian worship music, old hymns set to modern music, and also unique indie worship songs. The music selection blends old with new and is different every Sunday.
We are one of the most diverse groups of people, with many singles, couples, and families. Empty nesters love being a part of our open and relaxed culture. It’s common for attendees to use their smartphones and tablets to follow along in the Bible, tweet verses, and post quotes and photos to Facebook.
You will feel comfortable in the most casual of clothes, whatever you like to wear kicking around town, or to dress it up, whatever you might wear on a casual date. There is no common dress at Mission.
SEE OUR PEOPLE
Yes. People from all different faiths and backgrounds attend Mission and never feel judged or unwelcome. Our openness and acceptance extends to everyone and only request our guests be open to Jesus and His offer of the gospel.
